Hi, I'm Lisa.

After I lost my daughter in 2015, I found myself in a place of deep uncertainty, unsure how to move forward or who I was anymore. Everything I thought I knew about myself and my future had shifted, and I had to learn how to rebuild from the inside out.

What helped most was a combination of compassionate support, honest conversations, and the steady presence of people who understood what it feels like when the carpet gets pulled out from underneath you.

Today, I offer one-on-one sessions for those navigating the uncertain road of grief after the loss of a child. Together, we focus on helping you feel more confident as you take your next step — at your own pace, and in your own way.

Answering Your Questions

What will we talk about during the session?

After you book your session, Lisa will send you a short questionnaire where you will identify your biggest struggles. Each session is unique as each person’s needs are unique.

All you need to do is book the session and fill out the short questionnaire that will help us make the most of our time together.

I highly recommend every bereaved mothers seeks therapy or counselling in addition to our work together. Think of these sessions as peer counselling. While I am a certified grief educator and have 10+ on my own grief journey, I am not a therapist.

If you feel ready to start making changes, then you are ready. If you are in early grief and struggle with daily routines and have not seen a counsellor yet, you are probably not ready – yet.

Tears are a normal part of grief. I truly believe that feeling is healing and we need those tears to fall in order to move forward.

Phone, video, or in person? All 1: sessions take place over Zoom, an easy to use platform. You do not require a Zoom account. I will send you the link in an email.

Yes, I kindly ask that you use your session up within 6 weeks of purchase.
